September 20, 2009, 00:50The top military commander in Afghanistan send an assessment of the war that he needs more troops for war or "will likely loose". Now it is skeptical whether President Obama would send more troops or not because Obama mentioned he was an opposition to the war. Now he said his top priority is to keep US safe and his administration has right strategy. Everything would be decided on Sunday.
